Price includes single embroidery on either front (front and /or left chest) OR back of garment. Embroidery size up to 8.5 inches wide.  Please specify on the notes prior to check out if you would like the embroidery on the front left chest (4 inch) custom name on right chest or on the back. If you would like additional embroidery on your garment, please specify on the notes and we will reach out with upgrade cost.

Artwork: Please upload the logo/artwork. If you don't have one we can create a design for you. Please include your request in the notes section.
